Healthy Heart Healthy Mind can deliver 15 minute professional education sessions on hypertension and dementia risk reduction strategies to your next staff meeting, workshop or even lunchtime event. The presentation provides an overview of the social marketing framework for the campaign, outlines the evidence regarding hypertension management and dementia risk reduction and provides further resources.
